Is your packaging discreet?

Your order will arrive in discreet plain brown/USPS priority mail boxes with no indication of the content on the shipping label.  Smaller items will be in grey padded mailer.  For international packages, the typically description on the customs form would be "Plastic accessory" or “hand cream” but may vary based on the destination country.

 

Can I have this order gift wrapped?

We don’t offer gift wrapping at this time.

 

Can I ship a gift to someone?

Absolutely! You can gift anything in our online store. Simply enter your giftee’s address during checkout and we’ll make sure the package arrives at their doorstep.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to are Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.  Buyers are responsible for all custom duties and taxes.

 

Can I cancel after ordering?

If you have buyer's remorse, please contact us immediately so that we can try to stop the order from being shipped.    If it has been processed, you will have to refuse the package.  Should the package be delivered when you are not home, write "return to sender" on it and drop off at the post office.   Refund will be made once it is back in our warehouse.

 

How do I change the address once the order is placed?

Please contact us immediately so that we can make the change before the order is processed.  If it has been shipped, we will not be able to correct the address as it is already in the postal system.  Sometimes these packages will be returned to us and will issue refund.

 

My order said delivered but I did not receive it?

Having a package go missing is a disappointment, however we aren't liable for stolen or misdirected packages.  We will open a case with USPS to check on it but cannot guarantee that it can be found.  

 

I have misplaced the charger or can I buy a replacement charger?

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement chargers.

 

Can I use my toy in the shower or bath tub?

Waterproof toy can be used in the shower or bath but we do not recommend submerging it in water for a long period of time.

 

What will show up on my credit card statement?

SP DF Cloud 9 will show up as the merchant on your credit card or bank statement.
