Discreet packaging

You can shop with confidence, knowing that we take your privacy seriously and that the packaging will reveal nothing about the contents.

All orders are dispatched in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes, free of markings except for the shipping label.

Shipping labels contain your shipping address required for delivery and a return address with inconspicuous Shipping Dept. as the shipper.

Bank/credit card statement

The transaction will show on your statement as DF LLC or C9 LLC depending on the method of payment used.

Processing time

In most cases orders are processed to be shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 2:00pm (ET) weekends excluded.

 International shipping

We offer shipping to all location in United States including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.   For international orders, we are not responsible for any duties, customs, or taxes.  Countries that we currently ship to are Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
