 Who are we?

Jeff and Julie lead a small team here at Jeff,a former corporate buyer and Julie, a logistic specialist are husband and wife who started the business a decade ago. Jeff,Julie,Lee,Anthony and Mary handle much of the day-to-day operations such as filling orders, editing the website, gathering product information, answering the phones, chasing down stock, and making sure our customers are happy.

What do we consist of?

We are a small business, about the size of a local pharmacy located in the heart of queens, New York. Our low cost location has allowed us to thrive as a small player in a tough industry. The warehouse is where we do all of our packing and shipping. It also acts as our photo and video studio. We are, in every sense of the word, a small business. We are also very efficient. Approximate 95% of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt. We really are doing everything we can to make our customers happy.

Where is our name came from?

We started our online store in 2008. Back then, shopping for intimate products was a daunting task that often required a visit to a sleazy sex shop with offensive visuals and language. To change that, our team combined our extensive sex toy experiments and knowledge of technology. The result was our web store  — a place where everyone feels at ease and shop discreetly.
